Project: Beyond the Talent Shortage: Print Report Design

Role: Graphic Designer & Production Designer

"Beyond the Talent Shortage" is a comprehensive, data-driven print report created for the Indeed Hiring Lab. The objective was to design a premium physical artifact that could effectively translate dense labor market data for distribution at industry events and through direct-mail campaigns.

Layout & Data Visualization: I designed the complete internal layout, utilizing a clean, high-contrast aesthetic to maintain strict typographic hierarchy and legibility across data-heavy spreads. I was responsible for translating all raw datasets into accessible graphics, designing custom global distribution maps, tech hub iconography, and precise area charts for salary trends.

Print Production & Estimating: I managed the project's physical execution from initial concept to final delivery. This included sourcing commercial print vendors, securing quotes, managing the production budget, and selecting premium paper stocks that complemented the brand's visual identity.

Quality Control & Fulfillment: I prepared all digital files for the press, ensuring strict color accuracy and trapping for the intricate cover artwork and internal graphics. I conducted on-site press checks to approve final proofs and coordinated directly with the printer to manage fulfillment and mailing logistics for global distribution.
